- Disputes may be resolved through arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings. The disputes shall be resolved under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Responsibilities of Delegates, Attendees, and Speakers
- Accuracy of Information:
- Delegates, attendees, and speakers are responsible for providing accurate personal and professional information during registration.
- Misrepresentation of identity, role, or qualifications may result in denial of participation without refund.
- Compliance with Event Policies:
- All participants must comply with the event’s code of conduct, health and safety guidelines, and any additional rules communicated by the organizers.
- Disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior will lead to immediate removal from the event and, where necessary, legal action shall be initiated against the non-complying party.
- Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
- Delegates and attendees must respect the confidentiality of discussions, proprietary content, and intellectual property presented by speakers.
- Sharing, recording, or reproducing content (e.g., slides, presentations) without prior consent is prohibited.
Use of Personal Data
1. Delegates and Attendees:
- Personal data (e.g., names, job titles, organizations) may be included in attendee directories, event materials, or networking platforms, subject to consent.
- Contact details will not be shared with third parties without explicit permission.
2. Speakers:
- Speaker information, including names, bios, and session details, may be used for event promotion and marketing.
- Consent for media use (e.g., recordings, live streams, or photos) is assumed unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the event.
Networking and Interaction
1. Behavior During Networking Activities:
- Delegates, attendees, and speakers are expected to interact respectfully during networking sessions, panels, or workshops.
- Sharing sensitive or personal information during networking activities is at the participant’s own discretion.
2. Participation in Digital Tools:
- Participation in event-specific networking tools (e.g., apps, directories) is optional, and privacy settings can be adjusted within the platform
Liability Waiver
1. For Delegates and Attendees:
- Participation in physical or virtual events is at the attendee’s own risk. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or technical issues that occur during participation unless caused by organizational negligence.
2. For Speakers:
- Speakers must ensure that their presentations do not violate copyright, privacy, or defamation laws. The organizer will not be liable for any legal issues arising from a speaker’s content.
Consent to Media and Recordings
1. General Media Usage:
- By attending the event, delegates, attendees, and speakers consent to the recording of sessions, discussions, and interactions for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
- Participants can opt out of specific recordings or photographs by notifying the organizers in writing before the event.
2. Live Streaming and Broadcasting:
- Certain sessions may be live-streamed or broadcasted online. Participants engaging in these sessions agree to their content being publicly accessible unless previously excluded.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Substitutions
1. Delegates and Attendees:
- Cancellations or substitutions of delegates must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the event. Refunds are subject to the organizer’s cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 15 days of the event or for non-attendance.
2. Speakers:
- Speakers who are unable to attend must inform the organizers at the earliest opportunity to arrange for substitutions or adjustments to the event schedule.
Compliance with UAE and Global Laws
1. Legal Obligations
- All participants must adhere to UAE laws, including but not limited to laws on defamation, intellectual property, and data protection.
- International attendees are responsible for ensuring compliance with visa and travel requirements.
Terms-of-service
Terms-of-service All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED & USD
Cancellation and Refund Policy : Once the ticket is booked it cannot be canceled and no refund will be applicable.
Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
